Reception service
- Arrival time: 15:00-20:30 and departure time: until 11:00. Use of the room/apartment and common areas beyond 11:00 is prohibited.
Upon arrival, the accommodation must be informed in full of the full details of the residents (eg nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) The file must be kept for reasons of public health protection at the instruction of the Ministry of Health and is in accordance with the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR).
- It is forbidden for non-residents to enter and stay in the premises.
Personal protective equipment is available.
- A POS payment terminal is available.
- The keys are disinfected before distribution and after receipt with a special disinfectant.

Room cleaning services
Upon arrival
- We thoroughly clean and ventilate the rooms in between stays.
- Frequent disinfection of public areas is carried out.
- All air-condition units have been maintained and at each departure the individual units of each room apartment has its filters cleaned.
- All fabric surfaces are cleaned with steam (temperature> 70 °)

During your stay
- The change of towels and sheets is done every 5th day. For intermediate change of towels and sheets, please inform the reception. There is an extra charge for the 2 bed rooms 10€/day, for the 3 bed apartments 15€/day and for the 4 bed apartments 20€/ day (5€ per person).
- It is recommended to avoid the use of air conditioning, or, its use must be done with the bathroom window and door open, in order to provide sufficient fresh air for good natural ventilation of the room.
- Garbage removal is done at the individual responsibility of the residents in the bin located outside the premises on the road.
